**Your arrival at Keflavik International Airport**  

Private transfers make arrival at KEF airport simple and easy. All you have to do is grab your luggage when you land and our driver will be waiting for you in the airport arrivals hall, monitoring your flight. Once you have met our driver, we take you straight to your accommodation.

**Departure from Reykjavik**   

For departure from Reykjavik, you choose your own time for departure and pick up place, and we will be there promptly with a private vehicle for you. 

**Good things to know**

- Please note that groups with more than 8 people may have to be dropped off at the nearest bus stop to the accommodation as Icelandic law prohibits the use of larger vehicles within some streets in Reykjavik downtown area. Most hotels are within a 5-minute walking distance from bus stops.
- You can book online for up to 8 passengers. If you have a larger group then you can contact our desk [info@airportdirect.is](mailto:info@airportdirect.is) in order to check availability and prices.
- You choose your own pick-up time.
- We monitor your flight in the event of a delay.
- Our vehicles are located right outside the terminal building.
- We wait for you up to a maximum of 75 minutes after the confirmed landing time
- Cancellations received less than 24 hours before tour departure will be charged in full.

Private airport transfer 5-8 person

Airport transfer from Reykjavik Terminal, Skogarhlid 10, 105 Reykjavik to Keflavik International Airport (KEF). Passengers can choose to meet us at Reykjavik Terminal or at Hamraborg. It's also a possibility to add convenient pick up from your accommodation or nearest bus stop for an extra fee, should you wish. The Airport Direct bus will drop passengers off right in front of the Airport terminal. 

This one way transfer from our Reykjavik Terminal to Keflavik Airport takes approximately 45 minutes.

This is a cheap and reliable option with conveniently located stops in Reykjavik. This one way transfer takes approximately **45 minutes**. When you arrive at Keflavik Airport you’ll find our desk just outside the arrivals hall, and our buses are situated right in front of the airport, could not be easier.

Our 1-4 passenger service can take up to 3 large luggage items. If you have more luggage than that, we recommend our 5-8 passenger cars.
